Description
The City of Palm Bay is requesting quotes from qualified suppliers to perform repairs on Chrysler Dodge branded vehicles with associated OEM parts. The contract will cover an open quantity of labor, parts, and materials, to be ordered on an as-needed basis. The City reserves the right to make multiple awards to ensure repair services can be completed timely, with guaranteed pricing. Key points include:
• The City will be responsible for delivery to and pickup from the repair site.
• Turnaround time from authorization to repair shall be five (5) business days or less.
• Quantities listed on proposal form are estimates, and additional parts may be required during the term of this contract.
• Suppliers shall be located within a 75-mile drive of 1050 Malabar Road SW, Palm Bay, Florida 32907.
• Supplier repair shop hours shall be inclusive of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday for drop off and pick up of vehicles.
