RFQ Trucking Transfer Services 2018

The County of Butte - Public Works issued a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for trucking transfer services for their annual chip seal program. The contract is for 450 hours of trucking transfer services, and the quoted price shall include all labor, equipment, material, fuel, transportation, mobilization, demobilization, and taxes for the project completion. The contract is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. • The contract is an "all or nothing" quotation, meaning that the vendor must provide all the services listed in the RFQ. • The contract is considered a "public project" and all labor expended on this project must be paid at or above "prevailing wage", in accordance with the California Labor Code 1770 et seq. • The vendor must fill out and return with their signed quote the Acknowledgement of Addenda, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Surety information (if over $25,000.00), Bid Bond (10% of bids over $25,000), Contractor Qualifications, Exhibit A-Subcontractor Form per section 4100 – 4114 of the Public Contract Code, and proof of DIR registration.
