Datatrust WORM Software Maintenance

The contract is for the maintenance and service of the DataTrust WORM Secure Archive Single License 10TB Capacity. The vendor, Konica Minolta Business Solutions USA, Inc., will provide three years of 9x5 maintenance, including remote access, zoom, and telephone assistance. The contract also includes access to software fixes and new versions of the current software at no additional cost. The scope of work includes the maintenance and service of the DataTrust WORM Secure Archive Single License 10TB Capacity, and the vendor is responsible for ensuring that the support is provided by a trained Konica Minolta Support Technician or product manufacturer. • The contract has a term of three years, starting from May 3, 2024, and ending on May 2, 2027. • The contract includes a payment term of not to exceed $7,800.00 for the entire three-year contract term. • The vendor is required to provide a unique invoice number and include specific information, such as the contractor's name and address, contractor's remittance address, and service description. • The contract includes a provision for payment in advance, with the prepaid fees to be prorated based on a 30-day month and the effective date of termination. • The contract includes a provision for the vendor to indemnify, defend, and hold the County and its indemnities harmless from any claims, demands, or liability of any kind or nature.
