The Roll-Up Door Maintenance and On-Call Repair Services Project

The City of Oxnard invited sealed bids for the Roll-Up Door Maintenance and On-Call Repair Services Project. The project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and other incidental and appurtenant work to provide roll-up door maintenance and on-call repair services for various city facilities. The contract amount will be $100,000 for the Del Norte Regional Recycling Center and Transfer Station, $125,000 for the Oxnard Wastewater Treatment Plant, $25,000 for the Advance Water Purification Facility, $100,000 for the Water Department, $125,000 for the Fire Department, and $200,000 for the Facilities Department. • The project includes maintenance and repair services for 21 bay doors at the Del Norte Regional Recycling Center and Transfer Station, 24 doors at the Oxnard Wastewater Treatment Plant, 7 doors at the Advance Water Purification Facility, 8 doors at the Main Water Campus, and 3 doors at two blending stations. • The contract also includes maintenance and repair services for 27 doors located throughout eight Fire Stations and 45 doors located at the City Facility Yard and parks. • The contract has a total value of $675,000. • The city reserves the right to reject all bids.
