CORONER BASIC DEATH INVESTIGATION COURSE

This contract is for a Basic Death Investigation Course to be provided by Timothy Klerekoper to the County of Orange, Sheriff-Coroner Department. The course will be held on County property, and the contractor will provide course materials and instruction. The contract has a term of 5 years and includes provisions for payment, termination, and indemnification. Key aspects of the contract include: • The contractor will provide a POST-certified instructor for the course • The contractor will work in partnership with an additional instructor when necessary • The County will reproduce course materials for all Sheriff attendees • The contractor will retain a POST certification as an approved instructor for the Basic Death Investigation Course • The contractor will provide billing and invoicing in accordance with the contract terms
