The County of Lancaster is seeking a vendor to provide election ballot printing and mail processing services for the 2021 Municipal Election, 2022 General Primary and General Election, and 2023 Municipal Primary and Municipal Election. The contract includes the printing of official absentee ballots and official mail-in ballots, as well as mail processing services. The contract will be for a base period of one election (2021 Municipal Election) with two one-year options to extend. The estimated total cost of the contract is $232,700.00.
