Utility Door and Automatic Gate Maintenance and Repairs

The City of Tucson is seeking a contractor to provide preventive maintenance and on-call repair and replacement services for utility doors and automatic gates at various city-owned buildings and facilities. The contractor will be required to perform bi-annual preventive maintenance services, including lubrication, adjustment, cleaning, and safety inspections, and to provide on-call repair and replacement services as needed. The contract has a term of 4 years, with the option to renew. The contractor will be paid on an as-needed basis, with prices determined by the contract.
