Contract Lab Services - Pretreatment Services

The City of Port Arthur is seeking contract laboratory services for pretreatment testing. The contract includes testing for toxic pollutants at the Main WWTP and Port Acres WWTP, as well as industrial pretreatment program testing at 5 sites. The contract was awarded through an Invitation to Bid (ITB) process, and the bid tabulation is included in the document. The key services included in the contract are: • Main WWTP pretreatment testing • Port Acres WWTP pretreatment testing • Industrial pretreatment program testing • Analysis of toxic pollutants in accordance with Texas Surface Water Quality Standards and 40 CFR Part 122 Appendix D.
