Housing Assistance

The City of Cottonwood has entered into a contract with Housing Solutions of Northern Arizona, Inc. for the administration of the Cottonwood Employee Assisted Housing and Cottonwood Home Ownership Program. The contract has a term of one year, commencing on January 1, 2024, and expiring on December 31, 2024. The contract has been extended for an additional year, commencing on January 1, 2025, and expiring on December 31, 2025. The contract is subject to cancellation in accordance with the provisions of A.R.S. §38-511.
