Construction Services for the Citizen Services COVE Building Conference Room

The County Commissioners of Carroll County are seeking qualified General Contractors to submit proposals for construction services for the demolition and renovations to construct a Conference/Training Room within the existing therapy pool and mechanical room of the COVE Building.
