Continuing Contract for Construction Management Services

This solicitation establishes a five‑year, multiple‑award, continuing contract for construction‑management services for Orange County Public Schools. Selected firms will provide full‑service construction management on projects up to $7.5 million in construction cost, with the district retaining the right to award as many managers as needed.
