The City of Wilmington is seeking a qualified contractor to deliver a comprehensive, city‑wide HVAC preventative‑maintenance and repair program for 21 municipal facilities. The work will be performed on a fixed‑monthly‑rate basis for a three‑year base period, with two optional one‑year extensions. Service requirements include quarterly walkthroughs, filter changes, seasonal start‑up/run inspections, emergency 24‑hour response, repairs of failed or worn moving parts (subject to prior City approval), and detailed reporting. The contractor must field at least four full‑time journeymen, including two master‑level technicians, and provide all labor, materials, tools, and vehicles.
