Employee Leadership and Development

The City of Tucson has awarded a contract to Movemeant Coaching and Consultancy to provide employee leadership and development services. The services will be provided on an as-needed basis, with no guarantee of work. The contract has a duration of 4 years, from March 25, 2025, to March 31, 2029. Key objectives of the contract include addressing leadership readiness and skill gaps, setting and implementing SMART goals, and improving individual, team, and organizational performance. The vendor will provide customized solutions, including standard seminars, keynote speaking, custom facilitation, coaching, and strategic planning. The contract also includes the development of custom coursework and live online training or web-based workshops. • The City of Tucson aims to develop an Approved Vendor List for employee leadership and development services. • The contract includes five categories of services: standard seminars, keynote speaking, custom facilitation, coaching and strategic planning, custom coursework, and live online training or web-based workshops. • The vendor will provide services on an as-needed basis, with no guarantee of work. • The contract has a budget of $10,000. • The City of Tucson reserves the right to award contracts to multiple vendors. • The contract includes a sole proprietor waiver, which waives the vendor's rights to workers' compensation benefits.
