Description
The City of Bellevue issued a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for on-call electrical facilities expertise. The expertise is intended to ensure the city has access to the broadest and most up-to-date array of expertise in electric energy-related interest areas. The solicited expertise will be used for issues in 2016 and 2017-2018 related to electrical reliability study implementation, evaluating energy reliability and energy planning issues, and recommending electrical facility best practice implementation and mitigation. Key aspects of the contract include:
