Description
This contract calls for the complete replacement of two industrial‑grade burners on boilers serving Manchester High School. The work includes demolition and removal of existing burners, control cabinets, and associated piping and wiring; supply and installation of new Powerflame burners with control cabinets and draft controls; reconnection of gas and oil lines; full electrical and BMS integration; testing, start‑up, and one‑year warranty on materials and workmanship. The contractor must obtain state permits, coordinate with school operations, maintain safety barriers in an active school environment, and comply with prevailing‑wage and living‑wage requirements where applicable.
