Description
This contract awards Covered California a three‑year fixed‑price agreement to provide end‑to‑end Microsoft 365 cloud services, including platform administration, security, compliance, Power Platform governance, Azure/Entra ID identity management, custom solution development, and ongoing operational support. The contractor must supply fully loaded hourly rates (capped at a $2.5 M ceiling) and deliver documentation, knowledge transfer, and a future‑capability roadmap. Preference programs for small‑business and disabled‑veteran enterprises may add scoring incentives, and the contract includes an optional two‑year extension.
• Core services: Microsoft 365 tenant administration, Azure/Entra ID, security & compliance, Power Platform, custom app development, governance & architecture.
• Mandatory deliverables: work plans, configuration documentation, concept‑of‑operations roadmap, and acceptance of all deliverables per Exhibit A.
• Contractor requirements: ≥ 3‑4 years experience in each technical area, required insurance, California good‑standing status, U.S.–only staffing, and a Generative AI risk assessment (HBEX 707).
