The Mississippi Department of Finance and Administration (DFA) created an Indefinite‑Quantity, Fixed‑Price Handyman Services Pre‑Approved Vendor List (PVL) for DFA‑managed facilities in the Jackson metropolitan area. Two vendors—Cee’s, LLC and Diligent Hands Construction—were placed on the list, with Diligent Hands excluded from the “Miscellaneous and Facility Support” category because its rates exceeded the 125 % threshold. Vendors submit hourly rates for five service categories (carpentry, painting, minor plumbing, minor electrical, and miscellaneous support) and may be called on an as‑needed basis without further competition. The PVL is effective December 3 2025 through November 30 2030; contracts may be signed until November 30 2028 and extended to the end date. Key compliance items include background‑check requirements, strict insurance minimums, and adherence to DFA security and dress‑code policies.
