Vapor Intrusion Mitigation System (VIMS) Construction Design Drawings and Environmental Services

The contract is for the provision of Vapor Intrusion Mitigation System (VIMS) construction design drawings and environmental services. The scope of work includes the preparation of "For Bid" and "For Construction" VIMS construction design drawings, procurement support, and construction support. The contract has a term of three years and a maximum allowable compensation of $72,500. The vendor, Geosyntec Consultants, Inc., will provide the services and will be compensated on a firm fixed fee basis. The contract includes requirements for insurance, indemnification, and payment terms. • The VIMS design drawings will be developed as a standalone design set that directly incorporates the current project design components. • The contractor will provide general guidance and commentary regarding the suitability of VIMS-related components within RFIs (and similar) but cannot provide specific direction on means and methods of material installation.
