Master Contract for Multi-Function Devices (MFD) Mono and Color/Mono

The County of San Mateo is seeking a turn-key solution for Copier/Multi-Functional Devices (MFD) on a cost-per-copy basis with no minimum costs. The solution will include all hardware/equipment, software, licensing, maintenance and support, and all consumables (except paper). The contractor will manage the solution, including order management, coordinating delivery and installation of MFDs, training, copier moves, and copier removals.
