UGA - Campus Security Services

The University of Georgia is soliciting quotes for security services. The contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, and responsible supplier meeting all specifications. The initial term of the contract and any renewal options shall be in accordance with the Agency Contract Cover Sheet. The University of Georgia reserves the right to select one or more suppliers for award and to award all items to one or more supplier. • The contract is for security services, including guard and security services, as well as traffic control. • The contract will be awarded based on the lowest, responsive, and responsible supplier. • The University of Georgia reserves the right to select one or more suppliers for award. • The contract will be in accordance with the Agency Contract Cover Sheet. • The University of Georgia encourages all companies to sub-contract portions of any state contract to small and minority business enterprises.
