Janitorial Services - Veterinary Public Health Facility

This contract provides comprehensive janitorial services for the McHenry County Veterinary Public Health Facility in Crystal Lake, IL. The scope includes daily cleaning of common areas, restrooms, breakrooms, and office/clinic spaces; periodic deep‑cleaning tasks such as burnishing, semi‑annual strip & refinish of VCT/sheet‑vinyl floors, and annual carpet extraction; and optional services for a second carpet extraction and LVT flooring restoration. Work is performed after hours (5 PM‑10 PM, M‑F) with a required monthly flat‑fee plus separate pricing for optional tasks. The contract runs initially from June 1 2026 through November 30 2026 with a possible extension for a second year. • Daily janitorial duties covering ~8,570 sq ft of clinical, office, breakroom, and restroom space. • Deep‑cleaning schedule includes burnishing twice per month, semi‑annual floor strip & refinish, and annual carpet extraction. • Optional add‑ons: a second carpet extraction (October 2026) and LVT flooring restoration (April or October 2026).
