Description
This contract establishes a State‑wide Joint Purchase Master Contract (JPMC) for the procurement, delivery, and lease of medical and laboratory gases—including cylinder and bulk‑tank rentals—across all Illinois governmental units and qualified not‑for‑profit agencies. It is an indefinite‑quantity master agreement that allows agencies to place orders on an as‑needed basis, with no guaranteed quantities, and requires the vendor to provide certifications (COA/COC) upon each delivery. Delivery must occur within two business days of a purchase order, and the vendor must support emergency repair calls within three hours. The contract runs from 1 January 2027 through 31 December 2031, with an initial five‑year term and the possibility of extending to a total of ten years.
