IGA/Easement Sunridge Canyon Golf Glub

The Town of Fountain Hills has entered into a utility easement agreement with Buckeye West LLC, d/b/a SunRidge Canyon Golf Club, to acquire an easement for access, maintenance, operation, and repair of certain utility improvements. The easement is granted for a non-exclusive utility easement in, to, through, on, over, under, and across a specified area. The agreement includes provisions for the grantor and grantee's responsibilities, insurance, indemnity, and cancellation.
