Gasoline (NJCPA Coop BC-Bid-17-41)

This contract is for the provision of gasoline to Bergen County, NJ, and its cooperative participants. The contract has a firm-fixed price and includes a 12-month renewal option. The vendor, Rachles/Michele's Oil Co Inc, will provide 87 octane unleaded gasoline, 89 octane unleaded gasoline, and 93 octane premium unleaded gasoline. The estimated quantities for each product are combined requirements for cooperative participants. The prices quoted are firm, net exclusive of all use, sales, and excise taxes, and must include all materials and supplies, transportation, pickup, loading costs, and debris removed. • The contract has a firm-fixed price with a mark-up carried out to four decimal places. • The vendor must accept written purchase orders or authorized verbal requests from authorized personnel. • Emergency deliveries must be made within 24 hours of receipt of a telephone request from authorized personnel. • The contract includes a 12-month renewal option. • The vendor must provide the products and county contract prices to all local government jurisdictions enrolled in the county's registered cooperative programs.
