Handyman Services

The County of Sacramento is seeking to establish one or multiple contracts with contractors to provide Handyman services at various County leased facilities on an "as needed basis". The contract requires the contractor to furnish all necessary personnel, labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and supplies in accordance with the attached special provisions, terms, and conditions. The contract was awarded to Paine Construction Inc. and Help Commercial Residential Services after a comprehensive evaluation based on the criteria listed in the RFP.
