Development Sponsors / Co-Applicants for Permanent Supportive Housing

The County of Fresno, Department of Behavioral Health, is seeking development sponsors/co-applicants for permanent supportive housing development opportunities. The contract was awarded to two vendors, UP Development, LLC and TOWA LLC (although the final award notice and recommendation award document mention UPHoldings and Hacienda Housing LP).
