Description
This solicitation seeks a vendor to supply, refill, test, and maintain medical‑oxygen aluminum cylinders (“D” large and “M” small) for the City of Mobile Fire Department. The vendor must provide new aluminum cylinders at contract start, retain ownership of all cylinders, deliver on a weekly (or as‑needed) schedule to either three or twelve fire‑station locations, and perform all required servicing (refill, hydrostatic testing, valve repairs, etc.). Invoicing must be detailed per delivery with itemized fees and a mock‑up invoice is required. The contract is a one‑year term with the possibility of two additional one‑year extensions, and prices must remain firm for six months (extendable).
