BANKING SERVICES, SAFEKEEPING, & LOCKBOX SERVICES

The City of North Richland Hills is seeking proposals from qualified financial institutions to provide bank depository services, including safekeeping and lockbox services. The objective of this RFP is to identify the financial institution that will provide the highest quality service at the best value. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that submits the most responsive proposal. Key aspects of the contract include: • Providing bank depository services to the City of North Richland Hills • Offering safekeeping and lockbox services • Submitting proposals that include all required documents and information • Being responsive to the needs of the City of North Richland Hills The City of North Richland Hills reserves the right to reject in part or in whole all bids submitted, and to waive any technicalities for the best interest of the City.
