The County of Riverside issued a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Building Evacuation Signage - Emergency Action Plan (EAP) Maps/Signs. The contract was awarded to California Contract Commercial Designs, who will provide emergency action plan signs and maps for various locations throughout Riverside County. The signs must meet California Fire/Line Safety codes and CAL-OSHA guidelines. The contract has four one-year renewal options. * The contract requires the vendor to provide 201 evacuation plan signs for various locations throughout Riverside County. * The signs must be made of plastic or acrylic subsurface graphics, have a non-glare face, and meet ADA/Braille requirements. * The vendor must also provide on-site planning, including floor plans and job walks, with DPSS Facility Project Planners/Project Managers. * The contract includes options for installation of signs, which must be done by prevailing wage labor. * The vendor must deliver the signs to the Riverside County Department of Public Social Services.
