External/Internal Security Cameras Furnish and Install Services

This contract is for the provision of external and internal security cameras, including installation and maintenance, for the City of Clermont. The contract was awarded to Archis Inc. dba Archis Technologies for a term of three years, with the option to renew for an additional three one-year terms. The scope of work includes the installation of IP-based enterprise security cameras, with a minimum resolution of HD or megapixel, and the ability to detect motion and provide day/night visibility. The contractor is responsible for all wiring, conduit, pole and pole mounts, electrical box adaptors, power supply, labor, equipment, and any other components necessary for complete installation and tie-in to the existing monitoring system. • The contract includes technical requirements for the cameras, including HD or megapixel resolution, motion detection, and day/night capability. • The contractor must provide a project manager with at least five years of experience working on projects of similar scope. • The contract includes provisions for payment, dispute resolution, and termination. • The contractor is required to maintain public records and provide access to them in accordance with Florida's Public Records law.
