CONSTRUCTION MANAGER CONSULTING SERVICES CONTINUING CONTRACT FOR VARIOUS PROJECTS LESS THAN $4,000,000

The Hernando County School Board is seeking construction manager consulting services for various projects less than $4,000,000. The contract was awarded to six vendors: Walbridge, The AD Morgan Corp., Wharton-Smith, Inc., JE Dunn Construction, Air Mechanical & Service Corp., and Skanska. The scope of work includes providing construction management services for projects such as renovations, additions, and new construction.
