24-0197 Heavy Equipment, Including Accessories

The City of Goodyear has awarded a contract to Empire Southwest, LLC to provide heavy equipment, including accessories, for a period of one year. The contract has an option to renew for an additional year. The vendor will provide equipment such as dozers, excavators, loaders, graders, rollers, trailers, and miscellaneous equipment. The contract includes requirements for warranty service, training, and maintenance. The City of Goodyear will pay the vendor an aggregate amount not to exceed $350,000.
