Civil/Environmental Engineering/Erosion/Sedimentation ITQ (Please Contact Procurement Before Using)

The City of Pittsburgh has entered into a professional services agreement with Skelly and Loy Inc for civil/environmental engineering, erosion, and sedimentation control services. The agreement is for a term of two years, with the option to extend for two successive periods of one year each. The vendor will provide services on an as-needed basis, and the city will assign work orders as necessary. The agreement includes provisions for compensation, work quality, and termination. The city reserves the right to terminate the agreement at any time, with or without cause.
