Temporary Staffing Services

This contract establishes a district‑wide, as‑needed temporary staffing service for Leon County Schools. The district will award multiple contracts to six vendors, allowing each to supply qualified temporary personnel across three categories: administrative/office support, trades & labor, and program/instructional support. Vendors must be Florida‑licensed, have at least five years’ staffing experience, and be able to staff requests within 72 hours. Pricing is based on a fixed percentage markup applied to hourly wages, with no guaranteed volume of work; the district will issue purchase orders for individual positions as needs arise. The agreement is a three‑year term beginning Dec 28 2026, with optional three‑year renewal, and is structured as an IDIQ/multiple‑award contract.
