WORKERS' COMPENSATION THIRD PARTY ADMINISTER

The County of San Luis Obispo is seeking a third-party administrator to manage its workers' compensation program. The program includes self-insurance, excess insurance, and aggregate excess insurance. The administrator will be responsible for handling daily claims management responsibilities, overseeing the internal modified duty/early return-to-work program, and monitoring overall claims management performance. The contract is expected to be awarded on or around June 30, 2025.
