Turtle Survey Contract

The contract is for the performance of turtle surveying and operating the Bay County turtle watch program on Panama City Beach during the 2025 nesting season. The contractor will conduct daily marine turtle nest surveying, protection, and monitoring, as well as relocation activities as necessary. The contract includes a base sum of $42,593, with additional costs for car surveys, nest attendants, and other expenses, for a total maximum cost of $51,133. The contractor will submit a report on all nesting activity and marine turtle protection measures taken during the nesting season.
