Pool Chemicals and Maintenance Services

The University of North Florida is seeking a contractor to provide pool chemicals and maintenance services to meet the needs of the University Housing Department. The contract term is for an initial period of five (5) years with an option to renew for one (1) additional five (5) year period. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary chemicals and maintenance services to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the university's pool facilities. The evaluation criteria for this contract include price, experience, safety and security, and quality assurance and quality control. • The contract requires the contractor to have experience in projects of similar size and scope. • The contractor must have a State of Florida Commercial Pool Contractor or Service Pool / Spa Contractor certification. • The contractor must have a complete service organization located within sixty (60) miles of the University of North Florida campus. • The contractor must be able to provide all necessary chemicals and maintenance services to meet the needs of the University Housing Department.
