AVILA BEACH RESORT (ABR) PHASED EXPANSION DEVELOPMENT PLAN / COASTAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT DRC2018-00067 (ED21-190)

The County of San Luis Obispo is seeking a consultant to prepare an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Avila Beach Resort phased expansion development plan. The EIR will assess the potential environmental impacts of the project, which includes the addition of hotel and related facilities to the Avila Beach Golf Resort. The contract was awarded to SWCA.
