On-Site / Mobile Health Screening

The City of Peoria, Arizona, has awarded a contract to Derm Now for on-site and mobile health screening services. The contract includes provisions for dermatology screenings, skin cancer screenings, and other related services. The vendor will provide equipment and staff to facilitate the screenings, and will maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. The contract has a term of one year, with the option to renew for an additional term. • The contract includes a minimum and maximum number of patients per screening, with a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 30 per day. • The vendor will provide aggregate reporting to the City of Peoria after each screening, including the total number of employees seen, number of employees with identified concerns, and number of employees referred to a specialist or other doctor. • The vendor will maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. • The contract includes provisions for cancellation and termination, with a 24-hour notice period for cancellation by either party. • The vendor will provide follow-up care and referrals to specialists as needed, and will maintain a record of all screenings and follow-up care provided.
