Food Service Hood Cleaning

This contract provides comprehensive food‑service hood cleaning services for all dining facilities at Radford University. The work includes cleaning of hoods, ducts, trays, fans, and associated components on a quarterly schedule, with additional emergency response within 48 hours of a request. All cleaning must meet NFPA 96 and applicable state and OSHA standards, and post‑service reports are required within 24 hours of each cleaning. The university retains the right to inspect work and demand corrective action within 48 hours of any identified deficiency. Pricing is fixed per hood/fan and adjusted only by CPI or a capped percentage for any renewal year.
