VSU Beverage Pouring

This contract is for beverage pouring services to be provided to Valdosta State University. The successful vendor will be expected to provide a range of services, including the installation and maintenance of vending machines, cash refunds, and sales reports. The contract term is expected to be for one year, with options to renew for up to four additional years. The vendor will be required to provide a detailed technical proposal, including examples of items requested and detailed service and maintenance plans. • The vendor will be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising vending services personnel. • The vendor will be required to provide a monthly report of service calls, including the date, location, machine type, work performed, and parts replaced. • The vendor will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing installed equipment on a weekly basis or as needed. • The vendor will be required to provide payment card equipment that operates on their own network and accepts a range of payment cards. • The vendor will be expected to provide a plan for the installation, service, and upgrade of all cold beverage equipment throughout the term of the contract.
