Drug & Alcohol Collection & Testing Services

This contract provides comprehensive drug and alcohol collection, testing, and related consulting services to Fauquier County Government and Public Schools. The vendor performs on‑site specimen collection at school locations, conducts DOT‑compliant and non‑DOT urine and breath‑alcohol tests, offers split‑specimen retests, medical examinations, emergency testing, training, and program‑management consulting. Pricing is based on unit costs for each test or collection, with additional hourly fees for extra program‑management services and a cancellation fee for post‑arrival cancellations. The agreement rides on a master contract with Prince William County Public Schools and includes a minimum service requirement of three on‑site collections per contract period.
