Digitization of Microfilm Records at TSTC

This contract is for the digitization of approximately 2,176 rolls of 16mm microfilm for Texas State Technical College (TSTC). The supplier will provide end-to-end digitization services, including secure transportation, scanning, OCR processing, indexing, file organization, secure delivery, and optional destruction of original microfilm rolls. The contract is expected to exceed $100,000 and requires a HUB Subcontracting Plan. • The contract requires the supplier to provide high-resolution, text-searchable PDF files with clearly indexed metadata. • The supplier must perform the project in accordance with industry best practices for archival imaging and digital conversion of legacy media. • The contract has a requirement for the supplier to make a good faith effort in achieving the State of Texas HUB goals. • The supplier must submit a signed Execution of Offer and HUB Subcontracting Plan to be considered for the contract.
