The services need to be focused on underage drinking, problem gambling, and other substance use issues impacting the community, with the goal of reducing risk factors and increasing protective factors associated with substance use and problem gambling. Some of the key requirements for proposers include: * Proposers must provide a 12-month annual budget and budget narrative for the proposed first 12 months of providing services. * Proposers must submit verification that all insurance requirements are met. * Proposers must have a completed Pre-Award Risk Assessment if federal funds are used for this Sourcing Event.
