MA FOR INVESTIGATIVE SERVICES

The County of Orange has entered into an agreement with Van Dermyden Makus Law Corporation for professional investigative services. The agreement is for a period of three years, with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms. The vendor will provide investigative services, including workplace sexual harassment claims, discrimination claims, and retaliation claims. The vendor will be compensated at an hourly rate, with a maximum rate of $520 per hour for lead attorneys/investigators. The agreement includes provisions for reimbursement of expenses, invoicing, and payment. The County has the right to terminate the agreement at any time, with or without cause.
