Multi Function Devices

The primary objective of this RFP is to select one company and subject matter experts to replace the current fleet of 150 Konica Minolta multifunction devices throughout the college's multiple locations. The new equipment should be from one manufacturer and should use the most current technology available to meet the present and future needs, including scanning, copying, printing, PaperCut MF, and touchless printing. The college is looking to have the flexibility to add, remove, and relocate devices as needed.
