Description
This contract is for electric door maintenance services for Carroll County Government. The successful bidder, Susquehanna Door Service, will be responsible for maintaining all electric doors in a safe and proper operating condition, including inspecting, cleaning, adjusting, lubricating, repairing, or replacing broken components. The contract also includes monthly maintenance visits, all labor and parts, and unlimited regular hours call-back service. Key aspects of the contract include:
