21-15 Disaster Debris Removal and Disposal Services

This contract is for disaster debris removal and disposal services in Bay County, Florida. The contractor, CrowderGulf Joint Venture, Inc, will provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies to perform the work. The contract is for a term of 5 years, from June 1, 2021 to May 31, 2026. The contract includes provisions for payment, performance security, and termination. • The contractor will provide debris removal and disposal services, including emergency debris road clearance, debris removal, and disaster debris management. • The contractor will work with the County to ensure that all work is performed in accordance with FEMA eligible requirements for maximum reimbursement. • The contractor will provide daily quantity and progress reports to the County. • The contract includes provisions for insurance, indemnification, and termination. • The contract is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
