ARBITRAGE REBATE COMPLIANCE SERVICES

This contract is for arbitrage rebate compliance services provided by BLX Group, LLC to the Town of Queen Creek. The services include calculations relating to arbitrage and rebate requirements under the Internal Revenue Code. The contract has a term of one year with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods. The total contract value is $24,900.00.
