TROPHIES, AWARDS, PLAQUES, CUPS, AND ENGRAVED NAMEPLATES

The County of Riverside Purchasing Department is seeking to establish a contract with a primary vendor for the purchase of trophies, awards, plaques, cups, and engraved nameplates. The contract will allow any County of Riverside department to order directly from the lowest and most responsible, responsive vendor. The County reserves the right to split or make the award that is most advantageous to the County. The contract is for an "as needed" requirement by all County agencies. • The contract includes a list of items to be purchased, including genuine white marble plaques, classic walnut finish plaques, American walnut perpetual plaques, and more. • The contract requires the vendor to provide electronic or printed catalogs with listed prices. • The contract includes requirements for insurance, including liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. • The contract includes a provision for the County to terminate the contract at any time with or without cause.
